It's important to note that everyone starts as a noob when they first begin playing a game, and the term is not necessarily meant to be derogatory. Some gaming communities use it in a more lighthearted and welcoming way, acknowledging that everyone goes through a learning curve when picking up a new game.

The term is not necessarily meant to be disrespectful, but it can be used to describe younger players who may still be learning the ropes of online gaming. In some cases, older players might find the higher-pitched voices amusing or endearing. However, it's important for the gaming community to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere, respecting players of all ages and skill levels, In older dudes the squeaker hurts thier ears when speaking but the squeal of win makes it even more annoying.
